Strategic HR planning

Directly connects human resource management with the strategic plan of an organisation. The strategic planning anticipates future needs for human resources after analysis of existing human resources, external labor market, and the future environment in which the organisation operates.

Applicant tracking and recruiting management

Applicant Tracking provides functionalities for data collection and candidate database creation. Based on strategic organisation planing and needed jobs, job openings are published on the web. Recruiting Management Module allows employment management of job openings. Recruitment managers publish job announcement, monitor and qualify applications received from different candidates, and organise tests and interviews. This module allows easy engagement in employment process, keeps a record of all employment process activities, including evaluation of candidates.

Employee database

Represents a set of employee records that are recorded in individual parts of the HCM. Employee data is divided into several groups:

  • Employee's personal information, pictures, relevant documents, education, skills, employment history, work experience
  • Information on employee's banks, accounts, and the attendance
  • Information from the benefits management module and other HM modules

Self Service Portal

Employee self service (ESS) allows employees to take care of many different HR-related and job-related tasks that would otherwise need to be completed by HR personnel or management. ESS can help many companies save labor hours and increase efficiency. SP allows employees to maintain all personal information.

Attendance management, travel management, vacation, and leave tracking

The system supports tracking attendance, trips, vacations, and leave and records them all into employees' and the organisation's calendar. Employees record working hours and attendance and the supervisors review the attendance on different organisational levels. Travel management enables travel request submission and detail tracking. Vacation / leave tracking helps record the permitted days for leave, enables an employee to request one, and the supervisor to review it.

Benefits management

Provides functionalities for managing, updating, and recording benefits that are assigned to an employee or a work place. The benefits may be simply awarded to one or more employees, and each employee can submit a request for benefits listed by the organisation.

Training management

Enables defining specific training and development (T&D) needs by conducting analysis and establishing T&D goals. It proposes methods and delivery systems, keeps track of implementation of T&D programs, and evaluates them. All the data on employee's education, knowledge, and skills are kept and updated.

Performance management

Helps identify specific performance goals, establish criteria, and examine work performed. It supports various methods for performance management, like:

  • Trait system - raters evaluate employees based on their traits or characteristics
  • Comparison system - Evaluating employees by comparing them to other employees
  • Behavioural system - keeps record of highly favourable or unfavourable employee's work actions
  • Result-based system - manager and subordinate agree on objectives for next appraisal system

Payroll processing

Provides automatic processing of payrolls based on applicable legal regulations. Taxes that are applied in the calculation of payroll can be administered. Users can define payroll calculation method to administer data of employee suspensions from salaries and administrative bans. After payroll calculation, it is possible to get various reports, like a preview of employees salaries on a particular date or a period, for a particular organisation, work position, etc. It is also possible to export data to files for electronic banking payments (for taxes, suspensions, wages, etc), export data to the general ledger in a specifically defined format (financial software). Employees' payslips are generated and employees can view them from SSP. From this module users have an option to create files for periodic surrenders to taxes administrations. Payroll module also provides reports for statistics bureaus and other state agencies.
